🎯 Role Overview
This role supports TechProspira Solutions LLC by identifying qualified business leads, researching potential clients, preparing organized lead information, and supporting basic marketing and promotional activities under company direction.
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently studying preferred
- Business, marketing, English, basic IT, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of online research, digital business, digital marketing, and lead generation
- Ability to work independently with written instructions
- Comfortable learning modern online tools and business research methods
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in online research, lead generation, digital marketing, social media research, or business data collection
- Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Search, Google Maps, business websites, and spreadsheets
- Ability to identify real business contacts, websites, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, and decision-makers
- Basic understanding of small business services, IT support, Microsoft 365, cloud services, or technology operations preferred
- Ability to prepare organized notes and structured lead research for review
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow exact instructions
📘 English Communication Requirement
- Strong English reading and writing ability is required
- Must be able to understand written instructions clearly
- Must be able to write clean, professional notes without careless grammar
- Must be able to summarize business information in simple professional English
✅ Accuracy & Verification Requirement
- All submitted leads must be real, relevant, verified, and matched to TechProspira’s approved service area, target customer type, and service capabilities
- Business leads must match TechProspira’s practical service focus, such as small offices, clinics, consultants, professionals, and small businesses needing Microsoft 365, email, device, network, or basic IT support
- Random, copied, fake, outdated, irrelevant, or unverified business information is not acceptable
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or similar tools may be used only for assistance, organization, drafting, or research support
- Any AI-generated information must be manually verified using real business websites, Google Maps, LinkedIn, public business listings, or other reliable sources before submission
- Random AI-generated input, unverified leads, copied lists, misleading business information, or careless submissions may result in rejected work, payment hold, contract cancellation, or termination
📌 Responsibilities
- Research qualified business leads that match TechProspira’s target customer profile
- Identify potential clients located in approved service areas and aligned with company capabilities
- Collect company name, website, phone, email, location, and contact person when available
- Research business type and possible IT support needs
- Prepare organized lead lists for internal review
- Suggest basic marketing and promotional content ideas
- Organize outreach notes and submit completed work for review before any next step
