What areas do you cover for on-site support?

We provide on-site support across Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia (DMV area). Most clients are served within the DC metro region. But we serve nationwide remotely.

What if I don't have a monthly plan — can I still get help?

Yes. You can use our pay-as-you-go support with no contract required.

How does billing work?

Billing is calculated in 15-minute increments. On-site visits have a minimum 1-hour charge.

Do you work with residential users or only businesses?

We support both small businesses and residential clients, especially for home office and basic IT needs.

Can you help set up Microsoft 365 or business email?

Yes. We provide Microsoft 365 setup, business email configuration, and ongoing management.

What if my issue takes less than 30 minutes?
